Then taking some new action beyond our current level of comfort in order to progress forward – both these things seem to terrify us the most! However, if we always do the same things then we’ll always get the same results. It takes awareness, self-knowledge and then action in the right direction to help us improve any area of our life.

This is where I can help My name is Michelangelo Raiano and a few short years ago I desperately needed change, not just in one area of my life but in EVERY area. I underwent a huge crisis in my personal and professional life when in the space of a few months I practically lost all that I held dear and I was left in such pain, turmoil and depression that it was impossible for me to see anything clearly or a way forward.
